Description:

1.Sialic acid: Sialic acid is a derivative of 9-carbon monosaccharide. The name comes from the Greek σιαλοσ (sialos) 'saliva'. This is a negatively charged ion that gives a smooth feeling to saliva. The role of "inducing" invading bacteria is still known to be the transmitter of gangliosides and is a component of the brain. Sialic acid can prevent the invasion of germs. Sialic acid is also a receptor for influenza viruses, which is a combination of influenza viruses. Binding sites in mucous cells.

2.Sialic acid, scientifically known as "N-acetylneuraminic acid," is a naturally occurring carbohydrate. It was originally isolated from the submandibular gland mucin, hence the name. Sialic acid is usually present in the form of oligosaccharides, glycolipids or glycoproteins. In the human body, the brain has the highest sialic acid content. The sialic acid content in the gray matter is 15 times that of the internal organs such as liver and lung. The main food source of sialic acid is breast milk, which is also found in milk, eggs and cheese.

3.Sialic acid (SA) is a generic term for 9-carbon glycine-neuraminic acylate. It is an important component of brain gangliosides. It is usually located in the outermost part of the cell membrane and secretes glycoconjugates (sugar). The key location of lipids, glycoproteins and polysaccharides is an important material basis for the diversification of the structure and function of glycoconjugates. Since sialic acid content in bird's nest is as high as 7%-11%, sialic acid is also known as bird's nest acid.
